LONDON,[url=http://www.christianslouboutinsales.com]Christian Louboutin Men[/url], Jan. 3 () -- The Sultanate of Oman has ordered 12 Eurofighter Typhoons and eight BAE 8 Hawk jet trainers in a deal worth more than $4 billion.BAE Systems,[url=http://www.christianelouboutinoutlet.com]Louboutin Outlet[/url], part of the Eurofighter conglomerate, said deliveries of the aircraft to the Omani air force are to will begin in 2017."Receiving this contract is an honor and is excellent news for both BAE Systems and the Eurofighter Typhoon consortium," Guy Griffiths, group managing director for BAE Systems' International business said."BAE Systems has a long history of working in Oman and we are delighted this contract will enable us to continue to work together."We look forward to working in partnership with Oman's Ministry of Defense and the Royal Air Force of Oman to ensure this is a highly successful program that maximizes the potential of both Hawk and Typhoon."BAE and Eurofighter said in-service support to the Omani air force's operational tasks will be provided as part of the deal.The Eurofighter Typhoon is an advanced new generation multi-role/swing-role combat aircraft and has been ordered by Germany, Italy, Spain, Britain, Austria and Saudi Arabia."We are pleased to welcome Oman as the newest member of our Eurofighter family," said Eurofighter Chief Executive Officer Enzo Casolini. "Eurofighter Typhoon is an exceptional aircraft and is already proven and trusted by six nations to effectively perform in all operational environments."
