| Most Delray Beach second-round matches washed out by rain

Only one of the day's scheduled singles matches managed to get underway.In that contest, two-time champion Xavier Malisse of Belgium was tied 2-2 with Spanish qualifier Daniel Munoz-De La Nava when play was halted at Delray Beach Tennis Center.The eighth-seeded Malisse won the Delray event in 2005 and 2007 and was runner-up in 1999, 2001 and 2006.That match, along with three other second-round tilts, were rescheduled to Thursday. |
