| Radek Stepanek, Mardy Fish among Day 1 winners at Citi Open
WASHINGTON, July 30 () -- Former Citi Open winner Radek Stepanek and American Mardy Fish each advanced with first-round victories Monday in Day 1 of the Washington event.
