Mat Latos' pitching helps Cincinnati to 2-1 win over Arizona
CINCINNATI, Aug. 22 () -- Mat Latos pitched eight strong innings and Shin-Soo Choo scored the game-winner on a wild pitch Thursday in the Cincinnati Reds' 2-1 win over Arizona.Latos (13-4) allowed five hits, struck out six and didn't walk a batter.Arizona starter Trevor Cahill stuck out seven and gave up four hits,[url=http://www.smislam.com/]Cheap Christian Louboutin[/url], but also walked four and uncorked three wild pitches. Two of the wild pitches led to the first Cincinnati run.Choo opened the Reds' third with a single and Cahill followed with a strikeout. He scored from there on a Brandon Phillips groundout.The Diamonds grouped three of their five hits off Latos in the fourth inning. Aaron Hill singled in Adam Eaton to tie the score 1-1.Eury De La Rosa (0-1) replaced Cahill in the eighth and Choo greeted him with a single. Todd Frazier reached on an error by De Le Rosa with Choo advancing to third.
