New Lincolnshire potatoes are now available at a more economical price and they are full of flavour. Jersey Royals were only worth the price because of their unique full flavour which is now gone,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so they are no longer worth the asking price. I have heard dozens of people say they won't buy them again,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], simply because there taste has gone.

I can't comment on the quality of the potatoes that find their way to the UK but can speak up for those that are bought locally and cooked within a couple of hours of coming out of the ground - they are delicious,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
I expect that if I purchased something that had been grown in Huddersfield and shipped to Jersey I may feel the same way as you do but I'm not sure I would write off the whole of Yorkshire because of it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!!
