WASHINGTON,[url=http://www.moncleroutleto.co.uk]moncler uk[/url], June 25 () -- Bel Air Lighting Inc. is recalling 20,500 nine-light chandeliers due to weak mounting loops which could allow the fixtures to fall, U.S. regulators said.The recalled chandeliers have two-toned antique-styled bronze colored metal frames with gold accents and champagne frosted color glass shades, the Consumer Product Commission said.The chandeliers have two tiers of lamps, six on the bottom tier and three on the top. They are connected by floral designed framing.They were sold at Lowe's under the Portfolio brand with item number 256047 and at other stores under the Transglobe brand with item number 2579 EBG.The company has received numerous reports of chandeliers crashing down from ceilings. Some reports have included descriptions of property damage.Both brands were sold from February 2007 through June 2010 for about $250.Consumers were advised to prevent people from waling under the chandeliers and contact Bel Air for a free replacement mounting ring to repair the chandelier.Consumers can call 888-803-0509 for information. |
