I don't know that I've seen results physically,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but the good energy from the class is good for my soul Smile Which inturn benefits overall health. I've gotten better at the moves so can focus more on the workout and kick it up when I need to for a better workout. I run,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], just started training program for my second half marathon. I run 3 days a week,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], zumba 1-2 times a week and yoga once a week. I've seen biggest results (weight loss,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], toning wise) from running. It's a great balance,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I'm shooting for more like zumba twice a week instead of once,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so much fun and really a great workout once you get the moves down!
I just wish I had more time! I've been doing Zumba twice a week,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], yoga twice a week (same day) and I've been jogging on a treadmill and going for walks. I just bought a double jogging stroller but there's no way I can actually job with it! My baby is 5 months and my 2 1/2 y/o loves swimming at the beach or a pool so I really wanna look better since I already know I'm going to be in a bathing suit a lot.
