Brookfield stabbing suspect weeps as judge denies bail cut

Police found blood stains on the steering wheel, the left portion of the passenger seat, the gear shift knob, and what appeared to be a bloody impression of a hand or palm on the right side of the hatchback.
According to the affidavit, Hutwohl told police he and Fitch were attacked by a man when they got out of the car at Fitch's house. He told police at one point the man picked him up and threw him on top of Fitch. He then drove to the Danbury Police Department.
"Hutwohl did not know the man who attacked them and could not describe him," the affidavit stated.
According to the affidavit, Fitch told police he has known and worked with Hutwohl for four months. He said while the two drove around looking for some "alleged people Josh knew from New York" because they were going to race on White Turkey Extension, where Hutwohl found a 2-by-4 in a commuter lot and began waving it around. He later threw it in the roadway in front of Fitch's house and said he wouldn't need it anymore.
